You already have analytics.

What you don't have is a clear answer to: “What should I do next?”

Alystron is for solo founders who keep asking that, with a lot of data or a little.

What a decision looks like

Here is one recommendation, from the evidence to how it's measured.

A founder with a small SaaS wants more signups this month.

Next decision

Example
ModerateBased on: your data + history

Example
Evidence
Reddit converts noticeably better than X on signups right now. You've also logged Reddit posts as something that worked before.
Confidence
ModerateYour own data points the same way, with enough of it to take seriously. If there were less, this would say Early signal instead.
Suggested action
Publish more problem-specific Reddit posts this week, aimed at the same audience as your best-performing post.
Execution
Alystron drafts the posts. You edit and publish them, and commit to a date.
Measurement
After your deadline, Alystron compares Reddit signups with the 30 days before you started, and says how sure it is about the result.

How Alystron Works

Alystron is in early access. This is the loop it is built around, and some steps are still being built.

  1. Observe

Reads your analytics and the numbers you add yourself.

  2. Understand

Works out what's driving your results, using your data and your history.

  3. Decide

Picks one next decision and shows the evidence behind it.

  4. Act

You accept it and set a deadline. Alystron helps you get it done. At the deadline there's one check-in: done, not yet, or abandoned.

  5. Measure

After the deadline, it checks what actually changed.

  6. Learn

You say why you think it happened, and Alystron remembers.

Then the loop starts again, with a better next decision.

Business memory

Records what you tried and what happened, so recommendations can account for it.

Your business memory

Example
  • Reddit posts · Mar–Apr

    Worked

You noted: the ones about a specific problem got the most signups.

  • Product Hunt launch · Feb

    Didn't work

You noted: bad timing, buried by bigger launches.

  • Cold email to past users · Jan

    Unsure

You noted: only sent to a handful of people, hard to tell.

You can see everything it remembers. Export it or delete it any time.

Confidence

Every recommendation carries a confidence level, worked out from your data, not chosen by the AI.

  • Early signal· typical for your stage

A first read: not much data yet, or based on what's typical for your stage (dashed outline). Something to test, not a conclusion.

  • Moderate

Your own data points the same way, with enough of it to take seriously.

  • High

Your own data is consistent, and there's a lot of it.

Expect Early signal at first. With little or none of your own data, Alystron can't go higher, and it says so.

Inputs

Alystron reads your Google Analytics 4 data and the numbers you add yourself.
