Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sashanka Sekhar Muduli, the operator of Alystron (“Alystron”, “we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist, creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. What Alystron does

Alystron looks at business data you connect or enter, and your history, and suggests one prioritized next decision. It helps you carry it out and measures what happened afterwards. Recommendations are suggestions based on the data available, which is often limited. They are not guarantees of any result, and before/after measurements show what happened after an action, not proof of what caused it. You decide what to do. Alystron is not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice. Alystron is in early access, so parts of what is described here are still being built (see section 9).

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and use Alystron for your business.
• During early access, accounts are by invitation only.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

3. Waitlist and founding membership

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation. There are 25 founding member places; we choose whom to invite, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation.

4. Prices and billing

• Founding Member: $9/month (USD, excl. taxes), for as long as you keep an active subscription. Your founding price stays as long as your subscription isn't cancelled and any failed payment is resolved within 14 days. If we move billing providers, your founding price carries over.
• If we ever discontinue the Founding plan, we'll give 60 days' notice.
• The planned standard price after the founding cohort is $19/month.
• Merchant of record: purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller. Dodo Payments' buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion fees.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. There is no free trial.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, you keep access for a 14-day grace period while the payment is retried. If it isn't resolved within those 14 days, the subscription ends.
• For plans other than the Founding plan, we will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time. Email support@alystron.com from the address you subscribed with. We cancel the subscription within 2 business days and confirm by email.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• The founding price applies for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.

Refunds

• First payment: if Alystron isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.
• Later payments: we don't refund partial months. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
• Billing mistakes: duplicate charges, or charges after you cancelled, are always refunded in full.

To ask for a refund, email support@alystron.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the order ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method, and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Your data and connected services

• You own the data you put into Alystron or connect to it.
• You give us permission to store and process that data only to provide and improve Alystron for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• When you connect a service such as Google Analytics, you confirm you are allowed to give us read-only access to it. You can disconnect at any time.

7. AI-written content

Alystron uses AI to write recommendation text and drafts (for example, a post you might publish). AI output can be wrong or unsuitable. Review it before you use it; you are responsible for what you publish or send.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights using Alystron;
• connect data you aren't authorised to share;
• try to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or get around its limits;
• resell or copy the service, or use it to build a competing product.

9. Availability and changes

Alystron is an early-stage product. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what you are paying for.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Alystron is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will meet your needs or produce any particular business result, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to Alystron is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Alystron and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have to bring a claim where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a material way, we will update the date above and email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
